GNOME 2.13.4 Development Release

GNOME 2.13.4 dev has been released. This is the last release in the 2.13 development series before API freeze. As usual release notes for platform, desktop and bindings and for downloads for platform, desktop and bindings. You can also build this release almost automatically by using the Jhbuild modulesets available here.
