OASIS Launches OpenDocument XML.org
The OASIS international standards consortium today launched a new web site, OpenDocument XML.org, designed to serve as the official community gathering place and information resource for the OpenDocument Format (ODF). An international standard approved by OASIS, ISO and IEC, OpenDocument enables users of varying office products to freely exchange documents.
