Canadian regulators this week determined that wireless companies must implement number portability by March of 2007.
The Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission said March 14, 2007, was the earliest feasible date for wide-scale portability that allows wireless customers to keep their cell-phone numbers when they change providers.[UPI]
